July 24, 2007: In the updated California section, you'll learn about new CPUC General Order 95 Rule 94 governing wireless sites on utility poles. The OTARD section has been significantly expanded with new content.

July 2007: Jonathan has been appointed a "Volunteer Counsel" by the American Radio Relay League. He will assist in the resolution of legal matters involving amateur radio (although not in connection with claims against local governments). He joins just 34 other California attorneys in this very specialized area. Jonathan's focus is on the resolution of interference issues.

Jonathan is a life member of the ARRL. He became a member in January 1971.
