Jonathan L. Kramer, Esq., FSCTE, BTS, BDS, BPS, CBT Jonathan is the firm's founder and principal attorney. He has over 30 years of wireless and cable television telecommunications technology engineering and management experience.

Holder of the highest-grade FCC commercial and amateur radio licenses, Jonathan has also been licensed as a telecommunications contractor in California for over 20 years. He's member of the State Bar of California and the United States District Court (C.D. CA), as well as the Federal Communications Bar Association and the International Municipal Lawyers Association. >>MORE>


Steve Allen, BCE, BTCS BDS, BPS For over 30 years, Steve's been involved in cable television system engineering and operations. He's our firm's cable television system investigator.

Steve has been a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers since 1979, and served as the Western Vice-Chairman. In 1993, he was honored as an inductee into the Cable Pioneers of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association.

Steve holds the highest grade FCC commercial license, and he's also a ham radio operator. >>MORE>>


Tripp May
(on approved leave of absence)
Tripp May (who's real first name is Robert) was Jonathan's legal assistant in 2009 and 2010.

Tripp is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara. He was awarded a BA in Communications, with Distinction in the Major and University High Honors.

Tripp has entered the JD program at the University of San Diego, so he's on a 3-year approved leave of absence so he can complete his studies and then sit for the California Bar.

No, you can't hire him. We have first-dibs on him after graduation!
