Jonathan L. Kramer, Esq., FSCTE Jonathan is the firm's founder and principal attorney. He has over 30 years of wireless and cable television telecommunications technology engineering and management experience. Steve Allen, BCE, BTCS BDS, BPS For over 30 years, Steve's been involved in cable television system engineering and operations. He's our firm's cable television system investigator. Steve has been a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers since 1979, and served as the Western Vice-Chairman. In 1993, he was honored as an inductee into the Cable Pioneers of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association.
